Constituent Solutions, LLC was founded in 2025 to promote the meaningful inclusion of U.S. residents in the policymaking process.

Through consultation, technical assistance, and other forms of support, we help mission-driven organizations and institutions engage communities in the policymaking process.

We are motivated to work on projects that enhance the quality of civic engagement, increase trust in government, and improve both the democratic process and policymaking outcomes.

Our Policy and Advocacy services help clients advance community-driven solutions through a more participatory policymaking process.

Our Research and Evaluation services help clients understand their communities of interest and effectively communicate and translate their needs, priorities, and preferences to policymaking.  

Our Campaign Management services help clients advance community-driven solutions through strategic initiatives. 

Constituents are the residents of a state or district, whether or not they vote.

Representatives often claim to serve the interests of their whole district, not just those with the franchise. In making such promises, they tacitly acknowledge that they are ultimately beholden to all those they represent through elected office.

U.S. residents are systematically excluded from a policymaking process that has become increasingly more specialized and technical.

Representatives often claim, and are expected, to respond to the needs and preferences of their constituents. Over time, however, policymaking has represented an increasingly narrow set of interests. 

There are, of course, politicians and special interest groups who do not serve their constituents. However, in many cases, the people to whom policymakers are accountable simply lack the specialization necessary to constructively engage in policymaking.

Constituent Solutions, LLC bridges the growing gap between policymakers and the people to whom they are accountable by facilitating their meaningful inclusion in the policymaking process.
